Rules
These are the rules of the exchange. Please read through them BEFORE applying.
1. The site that you are submitting MUST be owned by you.
2. Your site must not have more than 2 pop ups.
3. NO pornography/racist/hate sites.
4. Your site must be neat and organized.
5. No stolen content.
6. All types of sites are welcomed (graphics, anime, shrines, listings, blogs, etc.).
7. Must have an 88x31 banner that is direct linkable. You may go to
Photobucket and open an account.
8. Place the code on your site BEFORE applying.
9. The code must remain visible at all times, such as your splash or main page.
10. You must keep your url, banner, and code up to date.
If any of these rules are not met, it will result in the removal of your site without notice. I will allow 1 week to fix the error.
